ACCUFLEX TABLES makes it easy to order. You may call 1-573-745-1086 and order personally with Dr. Huddleston.
You can order off the internet. Just do the following:
- Choose the table you want.
- Choose the height you want
- Choose the upholstery color you want
- Specify any options
- Decide on the method of shipping
- Send us an email to drg4000@att.net with your name, address, phone, credit card number, and all pertinent information. You can also fax us the order, Just include all the information above, and fax to: 573-745-1086. Again, please include name, phone, shipping address, and all the information about the table you want, all credit card information, and fax to 573-355-5440. We will verify your order within 24 hours.
